Cook Scholarships
An applicant must currently be in their final year of high school and must enroll this September in a culinary/hospitality-related diploma program at a community college
Colleges offering a two-year diploma or one-year certificate program in culinary may nominate a candidate to receive Culinary Excellence Awards. (One-year program $1,000; two-year program $1,750.)
PLEASE NOTE: A college is entitled to only one Culinary Excellence Award and may choose to nominate a candidate from either their one or two year programs but not from both.
Post Diploma Hospitality/Tourism/Culinary
An applicant must be a college student in the final year of a i) Hospitality-Tourism, ii) Culinary or iii) Food and Beverage diploma program enrolling in September of this year in a minimum one-year post-diploma program in a related field of training and education either in a college or university.
Culinary (1-Year Program) Scholarships
An applicant must be in the first year of a two-year culinary diploma program or in a one-year culinary certificate program
Culinary (2-Year Program) Scholarships
- College students in the first year of a minimum two-year culinary diploma program or enrolled in a one-year (minimum ten months) culinary certificate program at the time of applying
- Applicants must not have received any other Canadian Hospitality Foundation scholarships
- Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents
